The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.

The contract is concluded with Leon Pretzer and Pretzer-Marketing (hereinafter referred to as "pretzer-marketing").

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or independent professional activity.

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a legally capable partnership, who acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

These GTC also apply to future business relationships with entrepreneurs, without the need for further reference. If an entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and conditions, their applicability is hereby objected to; they only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to them.

The purchase contract is concluded with "pretzer-marketing".

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an informal online catalog. You can initially add our products to your cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided in the order process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the items in your cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent via email immediately after submitting the order.

The contract with us is concluded depending on the payment method you choose:

Immediately after receiving your order, we will send you our bank account details via email so you can transfer the outstanding purchase amount. The transfer can be made either directly online or using a simple transfer form from your bank. Once the outstanding amount is credited to our account, the order will be shipped immediately.

By placing your order, you simultaneously provide your credit card details. After verifying your legitimacy as the rightful cardholder, we will request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.

In the order process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. There, you can enter your payment details and confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. After submitting the order in the shop, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction, thereby accepting your offer.

After placing the order, you will be redirected to the SOFORT Überweisung website, where you will confirm the payment instruction to SOFORT Überweisung. This concludes the contract with us.

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

We do not store the contract text.

For digital products, you agree that your right of withdrawal expires upon execution (i.e., upon ordering).

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

If you choose prepayment, we will provide you with our bank account details in a separate email, and the goods will be shipped after payment is received.

By placing the order, you simultaneously provide your credit card details. After verifying your legitimacy as the rightful cardholder, we will promptly request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be automatically processed by the credit card company and charged to your card.

In the order process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register, authenticate with your login data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in the shop, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. Further information will be provided during the order process.

The payment transaction will be automatically processed by PayPal immediately thereafter.

After placing the order, you will be redirected to the SOFORT Überweisung website. To pay the invoice amount via SOFORT Überweisung, you need to have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure activated, authenticate accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction to us. Further information will be provided during the order process. The payment transaction will be immediately processed by SOFORT Überweisung, and your account will be charged.

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

For entrepreneurs, the following applies additionally: We retain ownership of the goods until all claims arising from an ongoing business relationship are fully paid. You may resell the goods subject to retention of title in the ordinary course of business; all claims arising from this resale, regardless of whether the goods are connected with or mixed into a new item, are hereby assigned to us in advance in the amount of the invoice amount, and we accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but we may also collect the claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment obligations.

If goods are delivered with obvious shipping damage, please report such defects immediately to the carrier and contact us without delay. The failure to make a complaint or contact us will not affect your legal rights, especially your warranty rights. However, it helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

In addition to the statutory warranty rights, we offer a 3-month money-back guarantee for the advertised product. The period for calculating the guarantee duration starts from the invoice date. The geographical scope of the guarantee protection is Europe-wide.

The guarantee applies if, within three months, you do not recoup the costs of Future One Percent through the use of the Future One Percent content.

Guarantee conditions:

1) Attend at least 3 Growth Central meetings.

2) Actively use the Growth Central exchange groups (at least 100 messages combined across all groups).

3) Demonstrably attempt to build an online business (business registration, website, social media accounts, etc.).

4) Watch 100% of all video courses in the Classroom (course progress is displayed in the Classroom in %).

5) Respond to offers/orders in the Market group if an opportunity arises for you.

We are not obliged and are not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.

If you are an entrepreneur, German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, a legal entity under public law, or a special public law asset, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.
